Attack on Titan manga is a Hajime Isayama-written and illustrated series. It was first released in September 2009 on Attack On Titan Manga Online and is serialized in Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine of Kodansha. It is presently in its 30th volume. Kodansha Comics’ official English edition began serialization in June 2012 in the United States.
It was also made available online on the manga website of Crunchyroll as of October 2013, where it is regularly scheduled to be released on the same day as the Japanese release (‘simulpub’). Amazon has been simulating the series since April 2016 on its comiXology and Kindle Store platforms as well.

The anime follows a group of teenagers living in cities enclosed by three enormous walls that shield humanity’s last vestiges from giant humanoid “Titans” that seemingly devour people for no reason.
