Tom Holland’s birthday came first, followed by Tobey Maguire’s, and finally director Jon Watts’. When that didn’t happen, the focus switched to August 1st, which was Spider-Man Day, which came and went with no results. Following that, the MCU’s Peter Parker’s birthday was the next wager to be hedged, but that, too, went down without a hitch.
